INTRODUCTION

This course is designed for business professionals involved in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), both with external providers and within internal shared service arrangements. Participants will learn the purpose of SLAs, how to structure effective agreements, and how to align them with business needs and internal KPIs, including key aspects such as negotiation, costing, and relationship management.

The course will also cover practical SLA management issues such as performance monitoring, service delivery failures, disputes, and legal considerations.
