INTRODUCTION

Leading People’s Efforts for Effective Performance Management is a practical, hands-on programme designed to help leaders and HR practitioners strengthen the way performance is defined, managed, and improved within their teams.

Through interactive learning, including a KPI Game simulation, participants will move beyond theory to develop real capability in setting meaningful KPIs, aligning performance with business goals, and conducting structured performance conversations that drive accountability and results.

  • Manage underperformance using Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
