INTRODUCTION

This 2 (two)-day Mental Agility and Performance Under Pressure course is designed to equip participants with the tools and techniques to enhance their cognitive performance and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations. The objective is to introduce delegates to the core principles of mental agility, cognitive performance, and stress management.
