However, it is crucial to avoid energy wastage by ensuring that equipment is not left running unnecessarily and by adopting energy-efficient systems and controls to minimize losses.
In Brunei, where energy consumption per capita is among the highest in the region, there is growing emphasis on improving energy efficiency in the public and private sectors. This course is designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and strategies to reduce electrical energy consumption and operational costs. It will focus on energy conservation methods, the importance of replacing inefficient systems with energy-efficient mechanical and HVAC equipment, and the role of effective control systems in minimizing energy wastage.
