INTRODUCTION

This two-day course offers practical training to assist participants in up-levelling their understanding and application of contract law in the course of their day-to-day job functions by delving into the intricacies of key contract clauses, revealing their hidden risks as well as strategic applications.

The goal here is to ensure that participants are able to craft and negotiate business deals that protect commercial positions, clarify obligations and manage contractual risks. 

Throughout the course, participants will engage in practical case studies, hands-on exercises, and lively discussions on real life examples.

No prior legal qualifications are required although the course is most suited to those already dealing with contracts on a day-to-day basis.
