The Sarawak Labour Ordinance (Cap. 76) has undergone significant amendments in 2025. Its enforcement takes place on 1st May 2025. Thus, will impact employment practices across the state.
This two-day workshop is designed to provide HR professionals, managers, and supervisors with a comprehensive understanding of these changes and practical strategies for aligning employment practices with the new legal requirements.
Emphasis will be placed on key calculations such as Overtime (OT), Notice of Resignation, Termination Benefits, and Unpaid Leave, alongside the integration of these updates into the Employee Handbook.
