INTRODUCTION

This experiential leadership programme develops the mindset and practical capabilities required to lead effectively — beginning with leading oneself and progressing to leading others through trust, communication and coaching.

Participants will explore how their inner dialogue, personal narratives and emotional resilience techniques influence their leadership presence and relationships. They will then build practical skills to create psychological safety, establish boundaries, give and receive feedback, and apply coaching framework.

Day 2 moves from self-leadership into coaching leadership, equipping participants with building trust and safety, active listening, powerful questioning, awareness-evoking and the GROW model, followed by extensive practice through leadership coaching role plays.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

  • Recognise how their inner dialogue, beliefs and personal narratives influence their leadership behaviour and impact.
  • Apply reframing techniques to respond more constructively to setbacks, pressure and challenging situations.
  • Set healthy boundaries while maintaining respect, trust and working relationships.
  • Give and receive constructive feedback that supports learning, accountability and performance.
  • Differentiate coaching from mentoring, training, counselling and consulting, and identify when each approach is appropriate.

WHY THIS PROGRAM MATTERS NOW

  • Rapid workplace change: Hybrid work, cross-generational teams, and shifting client expectations demand leaders who can adapt quickly.
  • Leadership beyond position: Influence today comes less from titles and more from presence, trust, and communication — skills this programme builds.
  • Resilience under pressure: With constant change and uncertainty, leaders need tools to reframe setbacks and maintain composure.
