The main purpose of this programme is to provide an understanding on how the Human Resource Department and Managers use Employment law to deal with underperformance and maintain discipline in the workforce.
This program also aimed to enable delegates to have a holistic understanding of current employment laws, from drafting employment contracts to the proper method of terminating an employee whilst mitigating being taken to the Industrial Courts.
