The main purpose of this programme is to provide an understanding on how Human Resource Department and Managers use Employment law to deal with underperformance and maintain discipline at the workforce.
This program also aimed to enable delegates to have a holistic understanding of current employment laws, from drafting employment contracts to the proper method of terminating an employee whilst mitigating being taken to the Industrial Courts.
