(Remote Online Training) DIGITAL MARKETING: Customer Mindshift Change Post-Pandemic, 17-18 May 2022


The recent pandemic has significantly changed how customers interact with brands online, including how they research products and eventually buy them. Post-pandemic customers put a greater focus on functional and affordable products as compared to a brand just being popular. They also put great emphasis on the values that the brand stands for, in particular with regard to sustainability. Today’s customers also expect their brand of choice to have exactly what they want, and for them to be able to get it with the least effort possible.

For brands that want to succeed in the post-pandemic digital environment, this means that their marketing approaches have to adapt to this new customer behaviour. No matter what you sell, customer experience has to be the main focus of your brand’s online presence – it’s all about the customer, not about your brand.

Upon completion of the workshop, the participants will be able to:-

In line with the announcement from the Ministry of Finance in October 2023, we wish to inform you about an upcoming changes in the Sales and Service Tax (SST) rate in Malaysia.

Effective March 1, 2024, the SST rate will be increased from 6% to 8%. As a result of this adjustment, there will be changes in the pricing of our training services provided by CF Learning Services Sdn Bhd starting March 2024 onwards.
