Introduction

The workshop is designed to disseminate best practices on compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in Malaysia with regards to the processing of personal data and compliance with the 7 data protection principles. In line with the announcement from the Ministry of Finance in October 2023, we wish to inform you about an upcoming changes in the Sales and Service Tax (SST) rate in Malaysia.
