INTRODUCTION
Design Thinking Framework describes how an organization takes control of its interactions with stake holders. Organizations, departments and groups often plan customer interactions from their own perspectives, or silos, rather than from a customer’s perspective. Transformation Through Innovation & Design Thinking Framework is the concept of viewing and improving those interactions entirely from the stake holder’s perspective and encompasses the entire journey with a business.
This training framework can be considered both as a business strategy and a science that has the aim of redesigning the touch points and creating the “Magical Moment” for your stake holders. Since Pos Aviation works with different stakeholders’ concepts and way of work integrated into one system – it is important to identify and manage these stakeholders’ different operational systems and handle diversities. It creates significant improvements in their experience and satisfaction by combining some of Emotional Innovation, Process Innovation, and Functional Innovation – into an integrated model of people, process, product and service improvement.
