The 5S system is a concept of “Keeping the Workplace Environment Confidential” which is also the basis of the process of effectively improving work operations. Such an environment will contribute to the work process being more productive, efficient and generating various savings including time, manpower, operating costs & low product defect costs.

In order to make this program a “Daily Work Culture” the implementation needs to get high support and commitment from all employees. They are responsible for implementing it on a “company-wide” basis. Hence, with this support, employees will be more aware to provide services towards providing continuous customer satisfaction and in line with the goal of achieving excellence.
